We understand that schedules can sometimes be unpredictable, but to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients and make the most of our appointment times, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged. No-shows (missed appointments without any prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

We understand that things happen! If you need to reschedule at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to work with you to promptly get you back on the schedule as quickly as possible. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us provide the best possible service to all our guests.
